J’ai beaucoup d’idées pour ma maison à Béziers avec une jolie voiture.
Les travaux vont commencer dès que les Intervilles seront tournés.

MA MAISON à Béziers
De gros travaux vont être réalisés à Béziers pour ma maison dans le but d’avoir de l’espace pour faire des dioramas LEGO®, et avoir beaucoup de rayonnage pour mes LEGO®.
Je travaille avec mon architecte, et avec le service de l’Urbanisme de la ville de Béziers avec qui tout se déroule bien.
J’ai déjà investit 5600 euros que je continue à payer.
Le jardin va être transformé avec mes extensions qui vont naître !
Comme il n’y a pas de vis à vis, l’urbanisme a dit oui par rapport au PLU qui est le plan officiel pour les constructions.
Une personne aux côtés de Monsieur Robert Ménard vient de me confirmer que c’est possible du moment que l’Urbanisme avec la direction est d’accord. Par contre sur le plan juridique, si un voisin verse des primes aux artisans, à ce moment là c’est de la corruption. Je suis donc dans mon droit devant un tribunal de justice.
La rumeur qui est fausse est purement parisienne, vous comprenez maintenant la façon de décrédibiliser mon projet de ma maison ?

MY HOUSE IN BéZIERS
Major renovations are planned for my house in Béziers to create space for LEGO® dioramas and plenty of shelving for my LEGO® collection.
I’m working with my architect and the Béziers City Planning Department, and everything is going smoothly.
I’ve already invested €5,600, which I’m still paying off.
The garden will be transformed with the upcoming extensions!
Since there are no neighbors overlooking the property, the planning department has given its approval, in accordance with the Local Urban Development Plan (PLU), which is the official plan for construction.
Someone working with Mr. Robert Ménard just confirmed to me that it’s possible as long as the Planning Department and management agree. However, from a legal standpoint, if a neighbor pays bonuses to the tradespeople, that would constitute corruption. Therefore, I am within my rights to take legal action.
The rumor, which is false, is purely Parisian. Do you now understand how they’re trying to discredit my house project?
