L'ANGLETERRE
Hi there !
I first went to England in 1989, returned many times, and even lived there.
My goal was to join LEGOLAND Windsor and from there move to Denmark to work at the LEGO Group headquarters. Unfortunately, despite all my efforts, I didn’t succeed !
I started in Lytham near Blackpool, then moved on to London and Windsor.
I knew about the London Toy Fair in 1997, but before that, in 1996, I wanted to experience the opening of LEGOLAND in Windsor, which is an hour by train from London via Waterloo station.
London is all about business; London’s airports have air traffic that dominates Europe.
I spotted Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II with my boss from Harrod’s Ltd opposite me at a horse show in Windsor.
I really enjoyed London, the shopping, the sightseeing, and the fun !
I will return one day for the toy fair, for the moment, no trip to England.
